From AI intent to working results
We help organizations decide what AI work is worth doing, prove the plan with the people already doing the work, and make sure the people using the tools know how to use them well.
Three ways we help
AI Implementation Leadership. For organizations with a major AI effort underway or about to start. We help you choose the right problems, sequence the work, and judge every project by whether it moves the organization: the portfolio discipline John’s company ProSight pioneered decades before it became standard practice. Then we stay with it as the tools and the organization change.
What you get: a clear portfolio of AI work, the measures that show it’s paying off, and a standing way to decide what’s in, what’s out and when to re-decide.
Discovery and Design-Partner Programs. Before you build, validate. We bring together a small group of people already doing the work to test your vision, fill in what’s missing, and in effect put their endorsement on it. You keep the vision and the credit. They get the pooled learning.
What you get: your plan, confirmed and sharpened by the people whose experience proves whether it holds.
AI Fluency Training. Many people using AI at work taught themselves. Curiosity is good; it isn’t training. We teach teams to be fluent drivers, not mechanics: choose the right tool and know when to use none, check its work before acting on it, protect private information, and stay current as the tools change every quarter.
What you get: practical sessions built on our pocket cards and our own evaluation of the tools, for executives, managers and front-line teams, including clinical teams.
How we work
Think of it as commissioning a painting. You hold the vision; we’re the painter. Our first job is to understand the picture you want, closely enough to render it. Then we validate it with the people doing the work, before anyone builds.
