The 6Qs Group

A small team of business problem-solvers who use the tools ourselves. We help organizations do the right thing, and do it well.

John Cimral, Founder

John has spent his career turning an institution’s intent into a working result: finding out what is actually happening, getting the right people in the room, and building something that holds up. He founded the U.S. Army’s artificial intelligence center in 1985 and has been applying AI for more than forty years. Today he works with more than a dozen current AI tools and judges them firsthand: what works, what doesn’t, and where the misconceptions are.

How we think about AI

Be a driver, not a mechanic. Fluency means getting the tool where you need to go, not knowing how it was built.

Results, not activity. These tools can keep you busy without moving you forward.

Evidence over claims. A vendor saying it works is not proof that it does.

The human decides. The tool advises; people make the call.
